Ongoing Mental Health/Behavioral Consultation & Training

Some organizations are looking for a partner to serve as an ongoing consultant and trainer for their organization. This partnership typically is for an extended period of time (6-12 months or more) and includes a budgeted number of hours each month to be spent on services provided. For example, a contract for ongoing services might include within the scope of work:

  • Classroom observation, consultation, or modeling

  • Training for staff (e.g., training on staff meetings, small group specialty trainings for staff in need, etc.)

  • Attendance at committee meetings (e.g., case conferences within a school, parent meetings, etc.)

  • Consultation with leadership team

  • Individual mental health services for team members

If you would like to discuss potential partnership, I ask that you complete this form to share your current goals/needs, as well as your ideas about what you would like the partnership to look like (e.g., which of the above services would you like to include within the scope of work).

Upon completion of that form, we will have a 30-minute, free consultation to discuss additional questions. Within 10 days of that meeting, I will send a formal proposal, including fees and scope of work for your approval.

After approval of the proposal, a contract can be created for the agreed-upon work and length of partnership. Most organizations utilize grant funds for this type of partnership, though that certainly isn't required.
